Literacy Tests continued

I think it is disgraceful that these literacy tests be brought back. It is not fair that someone who pays taxes just like every other english speaking American be held back from rights that they have earned. If they work in this nation and are going to be affected by the laws of this nation then they should be able to contribute to choosing the leader of this nation. They didn't do anything wrong by speaking a different language and it should not be held against them.
